Who controls your data

What data we collect

This website has no forms, registration or analytics. We only receive personal data when you contact us yourself – by phone, via Viber or WhatsApp, or by email. This is the data you send us at that point: name, phone number, email, property address and a description of the problem.

Why we use it

• to reply to your enquiry and schedule an appointment
• to carry out the service and issue a certificate of the work performed and an invoice
• to meet our legal obligations, e.g. keeping business and accounting records

We do not sell your data, share it for marketing purposes or use it to send advertising.

How long we keep it

For as long as needed for the purpose we received it for, or as long as regulations on keeping business records require.

Cookies

This website does not use cookies or visitor tracking tools. If you choose a light or dark theme in the settings, that choice is stored only in your browser (localStorage) and is not sent to us.

Third-party services

Some parts of the website are provided by other services, which may see your IP address:

• Hosting – our hosting provider's servers log technical access data (IP address, browser, time) for security and to keep the site running.
• OpenStreetMap – the map on the Contact page; your browser loads map tiles from their servers.
• Google – reviews and their authors' profile pictures are loaded from Google servers, and "Get directions" links lead to Google Maps. Our email service is also provided by Google.
• Viber and WhatsApp – if you contact us through these apps, their privacy policies also apply.

Your rights

You have the right to request access to your personal data, its correction or deletion, and to object to its processing. Send your request to info@eko-tim.ba. If you believe your rights have been violated, you can contact the Personal Data Protection Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date of the latest change is shown at the top of the page.
